I am huge into politics, so I will gleefully throw in my two-cents here:

The best person for the position of president is Rand Paul; however, being that he is too “extreme” for the sleepy masses, the only alternative is not to participate in this sham of a political process—ergo, I will not be voting this year.  Perhaps, if enough people stop voting outright, rather than voting for the lesser of the two-evils, people might actually start to awaken and to question the process of our scheming duopoly.

Hillary would be a disaster for America, the truth is that her presidential campaign is very likely the only thing delaying her being criminally indicted; even still she is currently under investigation by the FBI.  Mrs. “what difference does it make!”  In office, Hillary would favor taxing anything that moved or breathed, she is a rabid, unrelenting socialist-progressivist who favors the complete subjugation of the masses, including completely disarming law abiding Americans, and has mistreated women who have made claims against her husband of sexual battery—noting also that Bill Clinton is connected to the Epstein “Pedophile Island” scandal and Hillary may very well have her hands in its cover-up.  Hillary is a political fixer, America’s federal government is corrupt enough, we do not need such a person in its highest office, neither do we need further devolve America into the realm of existing as an empire.

That being said, Sanders is a sad joke and Trump is certainly the lesser of the evils, though I just do not trust him, as he swings full-pull government whenever it suits him, at home he would likely aid in unwinding a bit of the damage incurred by eight-years of the drunken Bush and eight-years of the demented Obama, but would be a disaster in the Mideast as he believes that the “war on terror” is actually a bona fide war on terror.

ISIS is nothing other than a rebrand of Al Qaeda 2.0—which was ousted several years back in MSM articles and broadcasts as being covertly funded, supplied, trained by and allied with our own military—to perpetuate a never-ending global war on an undefined boogyman, so great for the military industrial complex that we were warned about by Eisenhower in his Farewell Address.

Obama’s real name is Barry Soetoro, his birth certificate is clearly a forgery, but not because of where he was born—it is a forgery because of who is real father is, i.e., Frank Marshall Davis—Web search him for a fun day of reading.  Also noting his mother is CIA linked.  Obama is a Trotskyite communist—and a war criminal—every action he and his staff have been involved in for the last eight-years has been to perpetually bludgeon American into a third-world state.  He openly supports the teachings of (Satan worshiping) Saul Alinsky and has past associations with Bill Ayers, the convicted leader of the 1970's domestic terror group The Weather Underground—a group that had declared war against the United States.

The two-party system is a purposeful distraction, much in the same way as are 49ers versus Raiders games—intending to keep individuals functioning primordially and thereby avoiding true philosophical debate amongst varying social classes, ultimately whoever is in office the same agenda is forged, though the nuances may vary in degrees.  Meanwhile, our Legislature is filled with closeted perverts, addicts of sin, and the criminally minded.

As to the issue of taxes I will just quote Justice Louis D. Brandeis:

“I live in Alexandria, Virginia. Near the Supreme Court chambers is a toll bridge across the Potomac. When in a rush, I pay the dollar toll and get home early. However, I usually drive outside the downtown section of the city and cross the Potomac on a free bridge. This bridge was placed outside the downtown Washington, DC area to serve a useful social service, getting drivers to drive the extra mile and help alleviate congestion during the rush hour. If I went over the toll bridge and through the barrier without paying the toll, I would be committing tax evasion ... If, however, I drive the extra mile and drive outside the city of Washington to the free bridge, I am using a legitimate, logical and suitable method of tax avoidance, and am performing a useful social service by doing so. For my tax evasion, I should be punished. For my tax avoidance, I should be commended. The tragedy of life today is that so few people know that the free bridge even exists.”

(Noting that I am a libertarian minarchist, and get my news from InfoWars, Drudge Report, and similar sources, such as the KrisAnne Hall, Mike Adams the Health Ranger, and various others.)

Never knew that inept was a conspiracy theorist. Thats funny shit right there. I guess that Bush faked 911 in order to force America into a non existent war so his family could sell tanks to both sides, right?

We never landed on the moon, the CIA killed Kennedy for faking it, global warming is a real thing and all preservatives in food is government code for poison in an attempt at population control.

Hope you have your foil hat on, inept. Would hate 'the man' to be able to read your thoughts.

What a pathetic diversion into the realm of Santa, Easter bunnies, leprechauns and unicorns.  (Take note of your above response, you are completely mind-programmed courtesy of the cable television.)

Though, no, not it at all.  I am a researcher.  Ironically, “conspiracy theorist” is a pejorative term conceived during what has become the grandfather of all conspiracies, the JFK assassination, which at the time was a desperate effort to publicly shame those that questioned the chain-of-events and ensuing aftermath (e.g., Jack Ruby, Sirhan Sirhan, the strange cover-up of JFK’s autopsy and mishandling of his corpse, the unexplained actions by the Secret Service involving their then recent implementing and then hasty disbanding of the AR-15, and the odd deaths of around sixty key trial witnesses.)  My oh my, certainly lots of strange goings-of-ons for a mere “nutty lone gunman” found cluelessly waiting inside of a movie theater—right there for the police to immediately arrest—and then only to steadfastly deny any involvement, proclaiming he is a “pasty”.

You are extremely naive if you actually think U.S. Presidents are leaders in any real sense of the term, the last two times a U.S. President attempted to make their own calls they both got shot, i.e., JFK and Ronald Reagan.  Here is what likely happened the night before 9/11, Mr. Bush got a phone call and was told, something along the lines that a very big event is going to happen tomorrow morning, but don’t fret, you are only to quietly sit there with your mouth shut and follow the instructions of your security chief, do you understand me?  Great, also, it will be better for us all if you avoid the gin and juice for the rest of the night.  Wonderful then, now take care Mr. President.  Goodbye.

Did you not think it highly inappropriate that rather than take the two-dozen stateside Bin Laden family members into protective custody and for investigation, interrogation, and as bargaining chips they were instead immediately flown out of the country?  …Or that Osama denied any involvement in the events on 9/11 (i.e., his FBI Ten Most Wanted listing never mentioned 9/11 amongst its charges against him) and that the media released a series of videos depicting somebody who was clearly not Osama bin Laden?

Do you still fail to grasp the damning police state panopticon that has emanated from the ashes of 9/11?   The DHS, TSA, massive police powers expanded by new federal terrorism and narcotics laws, including apologetic court rulings that virtually always favor the actions and abuses of law enforcement personnel, including borderless checkpoints, funding and acquisition of new technologies that two-decades were nothing more than science fiction (including citywide camera grids, predictive programs, Internet data-minning programs, license plate readers, finger print readers, shot-spotter grids, warrantless cellphone interception and tracking equipment, military grade tactical gear, firepower, vehicles and aircraft, Project Echelon, the Camp Williams Data Center, NSA backdoors into phone company networks, publicly paid for video new releases (VNR), etc.

You should watch the documentary “Room 237”, which is about the hidden messages placed throughout Stanley Kurbick’s “The Shinning”.  Also, you should know that his wife/widow stated in an interview that he had been secretly contracted to direct the moon landing footage and was prohibited from ever speaking out about it.  At any rate, there are many, many questions surrounding the moon landings.   Like, sure we just so happened to land on the moon right at the set deadline.  Why did NASA destroy all of the footage instead of having it updated for Blu-ray, why is there zero interest in NASA establishing a moonbase (or even a jump point for future space travel) or even a telescope or two (imagine the improvement this would provide in comparison to earth telescopes), why was there no 25-anniversary visit to the moon, if nothing else to show the present condition of all the U.S. Flags that are supposed to be erected up there, what about the little issue with extreme temperate changes in a vacuum and its effects on pressurized gases (e.g., oxygen), those suits they wore would not protect them from freezing or boiling point temperatures?

And sure the climate warms up every summer, with the locality being the only discerning variable; and the climate globally changes about four times each year, every year.  The real issue is smog pollution, not globally taxing carbon footprints.  Complete hogwash, bollocks!

As to GMO food staples, are you not concerned why obesity, diabetes, poor mental health and lowered IQs, asthma and allergies, poor eyesight, poor digestive, arthritis, heart conditions, various skin conditions, and the list goes on and on, continues skyrocketing?  It truly is not joking matter.

Also, paranoid individuals are too busy yelling at the moon and reshaping their tinfoil to retain their logic and conduct research.

Most sheeple cant. Its why the party system needs to be abolished. You all, both left and right, vote how your are told. You believe anything your 'party' tells you and are completely incapable of thinking for yourselves.

The difference, and why I rag on the dam libs so much, is that the elimination of the 2nd amendment will be the end of this country. That is the priority #1 for the libs atm. Both the communist and the criminal have gone on record stating they will stack the SCOTUS left and shut down gun rights.

The 2nd is what keeps tyranny in check. That is its only purpose. Its not about hunting, its not about self defense. Its about giving the people a way to fight tyranny. Plain and simple.

NO ONE is going to abolish the 2nd amendment. That's right wing rhetoric

We have the laws in place now to make sure idiots or the mentally handicapped cannot buy guns, but those laws are not being enforced.

Please tell me just once how a legally armed citizen has helped to prevent a mass shooting of innocent people? Now tell me how many lives have been lost when people don't secure their fire arms and children get killed playing with them?

Where are the tyranny fighters? Sounds more like you want to overthrow the government with your illegally obtained fully automatic assault weapons.

Where do all mass-shooting occur?  Correct, in GUN-FREE-ZONES.  Hhmmmm... But how is the possible, when it's a federal felony to do so?

youtube.com/watch?v=ty-9R4qw-B0

youtube.com/watch?v=JctBYrIaKvY

youtube.com/watch?v=OPTVVbgWVCg

Also, those laws are being enforced, and the issues she is raising are absolute mistruths, you cannot purchase guns over the Internet, dealerships are required to send them to the dealer for federal statutes to be enforced, and as for the so-called "gun show loophole" that is political rhetoric, it is not a loophole by any definition; the matter is entirely a state affair, it is not whatsoever a federal issue, for example in CA you are required to file documents with the DOJ--similarly as when transfering certain firearms by inheritance.  The bulk of all gun deaths are either suicide related or gang-banger/narco crime related--which is the core of the issue being completely avoided in this issue (now why exactly is that?  Could it be because they know if the get hard on gang and drug crime the numbers will fall so low nobody will care about such desperate emotional appeals any longer?)

And none of these crimes involve fully-automatic weapons, which are legal to purchase and own in most states with the purchase of a permit--which is usually a time consuming process, such guns have a heavy price tag, starting at about $15K.  So-called "assault weapons" are statistically used in less than 2% of gun related deaths.

It was Bill Clinton's administration that fully supported the assault weapons ban of the 1990s, which was allowed to expire and which Hillary is demanding be reinstated to the nth degree.  And yet, firearm related crimes has since decreased, consistently each and every year by over 50%.

Hillary has been lauding for putting an end to NRA lobbying.

Hillary supports the concept of a no-guy-buy-list-if-you-are-on-the-no-fly-list (which is originally contrived by the wack jobs of all wack jobs, Ralm Emanuel), a secretive, arbitrary process with no due process and no procedural means of getting off or challenging it and is very difficult to establish a cause of action suit--as its mechanics are protected under national security.

Hillary in a nutshell, she is politically clueless and could give two-shits less:

Okay, the reality is that America is a common law constitutional-republic, we are not a so-called democracy or a democratic-republic (the latter being a logical fallacy), America's case precedent has established that the intent of the 2nd. Amend. is to protect the keeping and bearing of military weaponry, but not weapons which are not used in-common by the military, e.g., the 2nd Amend. is obliged to protect firearms or swords, but not butterfly knives, daggers, or missiles.

Automatic or rapid-fire weapons are really more of a novelty than anything else, they provide less accuracy and serve the purpose more often than not of providing cover fire.  Automatic or rapid fire weapons can be set to semi-auto, as a select-fire feature, such weapons are costly to purchase and to operate, also they are more likely to jam or break.

Historically governments have killed more people through a combination of democide and genocide than anything else--e.g., Josef Stalin is one prime example Pol Pot is another of a myriad of others.  The worry is not merely a government that turns wanton and tyrannical against its citizens, but the invasion of other nations, and in our case we just so happen to have a completely failed state just to our South.

And to note the distinction of respective political theories, a democracy is really a fancy sounding synonym of mobocracy--to be ruled under the irrational emotions of fickle majorities--and a republic rules within the immutable rights of individuals, e.g., 51% of the people cannot get together so as to piecemeal the rights of the 49% who find themselves in contention.  Remember, Alexander Hamilton was against establishing a Bill of Rights, because it would only result in confusion--for the U.S. Constitution is by every intent and reason itself a Bill of Rights.  Lest, we forget about the Magna Carta Libertatum.  And consider the lessons of the French Bill of Rights (1689)--are we not to learn from the lessons of history, not repeat them:

"Whereas the late King James the Second, by the assistance of divers evil counsellors, judges and ministers employed by him, did endeavour to subvert and extirpate the Protestant religion and the laws and liberties of this kingdom;

By raising and keeping a standing army within this kingdom in time of peace without consent of Parliament, and quartering soldiers contrary to law;

By causing several good subjects being Protestants to be disarmed at the same time when papists were both armed and employed contrary to law;"

avalon.law.yale.edu/17th_century/england.asp

And from several of the Articles of France's later Declaration of the Rights of Man (1789)--read on 'the rights of man', 'natural law', and the 'social contract':

1. Men are born and remain free and equal in rights. Social distinctions may be founded only upon the general good.

2. The aim of all political association is the preservation of the natural and imprescriptible rights of man. These rights are liberty, property, security, and resistance to oppression.

3. The principle of all sovereignty resides essentially in the nation. No body nor individual may exercise any authority which does not proceed directly from the nation.

4. Liberty consists in the freedom to do everything which injures no one else; hence the exercise of the natural rights of each man has no limits except those which assure to the other members of the society the enjoyment of the same rights. These limits can only be determined by law."

avalon.law.yale.edu/18th_century/rightsof.asp

The is no need to abolish an amendment when misguided, wanton, inconsiderate state and federal legislatures can simply ratify 6-12 new crushing public statutes each year that magically turns what was had been lawful for centuries into federal and state felonies.

But would have been stopped MUCH sooner if there had been an armed citizen with a gun present. Plain and simple, only someone with a gun can stop someone with a gun. Why should 10-30 people die in the 10 mins it takes for the police to arrive? more liberal population control?

Then you have 0 grasp of the purpose of the 2nd amendment. Go read the first sentence. Maybe find a 2ng grade student that can explain it to you.

But would have been stopped MUCH sooner if there had been an armed citizen with a gun present.  Plain and simple, only someone with a gun can stop someone with a gun.  Why should 10-30 people die in the 10 mins it takes for the police to arrive?  more liberal population control?

Exactly my point, with all the mass shootings that have happened NOT ONCE has a private citizen intervened. You all love to be able to carry, but so far it's not done any good, only harm. But hey, thinning out the gene pool of gun toting mouth breathers... that's on them.

Its a direct result of the bleeding heart liberals and there attempts to enforce restrictions.

Bring that shit to Utah, where grade school teachers carry, and then tell me what happens.

You know if you go to school and every day you are told something...

When you grow up you are going to believe it.

When you see those Arabs bending over to Allah you call it brain washing, when you do it in your own schools you call it education.

Seriously, the whole gun debate will one day go down in the history books as the most amazing brain washing event in history.

I'm just sharing an observation that myself and most of the rest of the free educated world observe.

Guns, I love fucking shooting them, they are great fun. Have them in my house? and idiots walking around with them, you guys are completely fucking insane.

Ok I don't live in a America so I shouldn't get involved but I thought I'd just add my two cents LOL

flame away Smile

Has nothing to do with flaming,  its more about lack of understanding.  We have a special breed of wrong here in the states.   How many 'gangsters' with their pants around their knees and their underwear up to their tits are running around killing people for their shoes?  or because they wore a red hat?

Our forefathers created this nation in a manner that would ensure that we didnt return to where we came from.  Power to the people.  A government ran of the people, by the people, and for the people.

The constitutional amendment that gives us the right to bear arms is simply another check and balance.  It ensures that a tyrannical government can not rise to power.  It is designed so the people can be like armed to the government in order to keep them in check..

There are some idiots out there that believe that, if 'IF' the government were to become tyrannical... (and dont say it cant happen,  history has shown it is possible) that the government will wipe us out with nukes, or airships, or....... etc.... but they are not going to destroy that which they wish to own.  I would be a ground war, plain and simple.  SOOOO    its imperative that the 2nd amendment stay intact.

As far as armed citizens are concerned.   Its the same as drugs.  IF you make laws, only those willing to follow those laws will obey.  Those that arent, wont.   They will get their guns the same way they get their cocaine, and meth, and heroine.   The difference.  If you break into my house at night, with the intent to rape and kill my wife, I cant defend her with meth.

In EVERY mass shooting in recent history, EVERY one, a citizen with a gun could have saved countless lives.  Arming and training the teachers to defend MY children is the first step.

I, personally, am a member of a training center called frontsight.  I can take tactical firearm classes for free anytime I wish.  This is a center that also trains swat teams.

anyway,  glad I could clear some things up for you.  We have an extremely different situation up here.  When you guys get people doped up on crack willing to kill someone for $10 so they can get another hit,  and it starts to happen on a regular basis, and your kids are in danger,  you may see things a different way.  Tying the hands of the good guys wont do a thing to stop it.  Only will make victims out of law abiding citizens.
